No-Show Policy
At Sound Audiology, we prioritize the time of both our staff and patients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, making it difficult to honor scheduled appointments. However, to maintain efficiency and accommodate all patients, we kindly request that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 2 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so may result in applicable fees.
A consultation fee will be charged for missed appointments, and we ask that patients notify us in advance to avoid this charge.
For paediatric appointments, which require a significant amount of time and resources, payment may be required at the time of booking. Please note that paediatric appointments are non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
We appreciate your understanding and corporation in helping us serve you and others more effectively. If you fail to attend two (2) appointments without prior notice, you will be required to make full payment at the time of booking any future appointments.
This payment is strictly non-refundable, regardless of attendance or cancellation.
